Pride in Your Body

This month, Toronto hosts one of the largest LGBTTIQQ2SA* celebrations in the world: World Pride 2014. As the city ramps up to host an estimated 1.2 million Pride Week enthusiasts, we chatted with Montreal-born Gabriel Campo, a certified personal trainer and first-time World Pride attendee about some quick-tips for getting active and taking pride in a healthy body. When combined in a superset, beyond sculpted abs, these three calisthenic movements will build core and lateral strength, improve joint stability, increase muscle definition and build endurance. Whether hitting the streets for this world-class event, or celebrating from home, stay fit and healthy year-round with these fast and effective body-weight movements.
