Success 101

For some of you, running a marathon is easy-peasy – you pull one off every few months. For some, a 180km bike tour is like a walk-in-the-park – a weekly endeavour.  And there are those of you whose average day starts with a 4am swimming pool workout, followed by a midday run, followed by a late night weight session. If we dig further, we’ll find that these same people run businesses, volunteer at their kids’ schools, coach pewee soccer, and so on and so forth. They’re busy. Fulfilled. Engaged in every aspect of life types. Well, for those of us struggling to juggle it all, the good news is that the achievers have a secret, and it’s a secret most of them don’t hide. Ready for it? They have mentors; they have support teams; they read inspirational books; they take leadership courses; in a nutshell, their success is a team effort.

Instead of suggesting you go Google ‘motivational speakers’ or ‘motivational resources’, we’ll share our current top 10 list of success gurus and sage advice. From there, you’ll slowly start familiarizing yourself with the who’s who of leadership. You’ll get to hear their stories, watch them in videos, hear their voices, sense their energy – and, no doubt, you’ll resonate with one or several of them.
